Clear account information with tembanking

Complex corporate structures frequently entail more complex account structures. Obtaining a clear view, finding individual accounts and aggregating them in accordance with classification criteria is particularly simple and clear in tembanking. Using the classic tree structure, as already known from the Windows Explorer, tembanking reads complex corporate structures and the corresponding account structure from an SAP system for example and constantly keeps this information up to date.

Accounts are grouped in tembanking in accordance with the following criteria:

• Banks conducting the accounts
• Companies conducting the accounts
• Account currencies

The tree structure is intuitive and permits individual account statements (MT 940/942) and turnover to be found quickly in addition to the aggregated presentation of account groups.

Within the different account groups the balances of all accounts summarised in an account group are automatically aggregated. It can therefore be seen at any time how much liquidity exists in a specific currency. The balances of all accounts in this currency are added together and presented in tabular form in addition to the tree structure. Combined search criteria are also shown very simply using the tree structure, e.g. the existing liquidity in one currency at a specific bank.

The accounts are structured in a hierarchical manner, i.e. from a general view (e.g. total liquidity in €) you can request a list of the individual euro accounts. You can then select the account statement of an individual account from this list. You can view the details of an individual transaction from an account statement.

In addition you can have the development of the account’s balances shown graphically in curves to obtain fast and intuitive information. Individual "blips" in turnover or balances can therefore be quickly identified. tembanking also offers the possibility to obtain automatic notification by SMS, email or fax with respect to any such “blips”.
