Electronic signature with tembankingIn tembanking payment orders are signed digitally in line with the standards A004/A005/A006 of the German banks. All files to be signed are kept in tembanking until the requisite number of signatures have been provided. Only then are the files transmitted to the bank conducting the accounts.
As web-based solution the signatures can also be provided from different locations. Only a card reader is required in the locations to read out the signature card. tembanking controls this card reader using a java applet.
The workflow can of course be freely adapted: The number of requisite signatures can be freely defined .
The number of requisite signatures can be made dependant on amount limits.
It can be stipulated that amongst above a specific ceiling require a signature from a special user group.
tembanking can be configured such that a signature must come from the company that has generated the payments and a further signature from the headquarters.
