mdoc – generic management of patient data in special outpatient clinics and specialist practices

mdoc is a comprehensive solution for storing, evaluating and monitoring indication-related patient data specifically for the long-term treatment of chronic diseases in special outpatient clinics or specialist practices.

Documentation on the disease and the diagnostic parameters to be recorded as a result can be defined generically in treatment paths and steps without programming effort. This means that medical standards at mdoc are always state of the art and that mdoc standardises diagnostics within the clinic/practice in order to facilitate the statistical analysis of the data obtained. As a result the treatment success, e.g. contingent on a therapy regime, can be thoroughly proven.

  • patient master data and contact partners for the patient
  • (indication-related) disease data (diagnostics and diagnoses)
  • medication and other treatment
  • adverse reactions of medicinal products/allergies
  • medical devices of the patient (e.g. home care devices)
  • treatment history and other medical staff (e.g. general practitioner)

mdoc is also characterised by two specific functional areas:

  • the telemedical access to data from home care devices and their automatic monitoring; and
  • the provision of data for clinical studies in line with the requisite quality standards.
