mdoc collects, stores and monitors indication-related patient data that are either
- collected during a visit to the clinic/practice by a doctor or a nurse; or
- alternatively: collected by home care devices in the patient’s home and transmitted to mdoc via the internet.
mdoc maps the medical treatment using indications, diagnostics, diagnosis, treatment and control of success. The accompanying diagnostics via home care devices serve to ensure continuous monitoring of patients also outside of visits. This enhances the quality of support and at the same time reduces the need for visits.
mdoc generates an alert if disease parameters are beyond the previously defined fluctuation ranges; acknowledgement of this alert must be explicitly confirmed.
Disease parameters can furthermore be represented graphically, which enables data that are also produced over longer periods of time to be evaluated quickly.
